Jenesis is a certified birth doula, postpartum doula and breastfeeding counselor who finds joy in assisting birthing people in understanding their rights and options. She will become an active part of your journey helping you ignite your confidence in tackling the common anxieties of new parenthood, and encouraging your self advocacy. Jenesis is a dedicated mother and birth nerd passionate about all aspects of wombenhood, body autonomy, and informed decision making. She wants to help bring normalcy back to pregnancy and breastfeeding while assisting expecting and new parents in navigating a healthcare system that statistically affects people of color.

Your baby will alert you when they are ready to make their appearance That’s why Your Truth Doula will be on call for you 24/7 starting at 36 weeks until birth. When you’re ready for the support of your doula during labor you will be provided with reassurance, encouragement, suggestions to keep labor progressing and additional support for 2 hours after the birth of your baby.
