your truth doula provides support and insight regarding the physical and mental attributes of the postpartum period while offering hands on infant-care, new parent support & training, and an overall extra pair of hands around the house!

All Services Require a $425 Retainer Fee.

What postpartum doula support looks like:

  • labor recovery care

  • emotional support

  • caring for birthing person after vaginal or cesarean birth

  • education for infant and mommy care

  • breastfeeding support

  • diapering and baby care

  • emotional support

  • care for baby when parents want to nap, shower, run errands or tend to older child(ren)

  • processing of birthing experience 

  • help identifying baby cues 

  • meal preparation

  • light housekeeping & laundry 

  • errands

 

truth be told - 48 hours

Brining your new baby home can be a bit overwhelming no matter how prepared you may be. Truth Be Told is a 6 weeks program where Your Truth Doula will provide beneficial in-home postpartum support twice a week.

4 hours each visit 2 days a week for 6 weeks

one day at a time - 4 hours

Whether you need support your first night home or weeks later, Your Truth Doula’s One Day at A Time will give you the flexibility to book postpartum services when you desire!
